MORNING SKIN CARE RITUAL:
Regenerating Intensive Day Cream is for skin which is becoming increasingly dry, and may also be increasingly sensitive. We usually recommended this range around ages 50-55+, and menopausal or post-menopausal skin. It helps skin to look firm, tones the skin and helps counteract waning elasticity. Despite its extremely rich formulation, it is delicate to apply and absorbs quickly. The Day Cream offers long-lasting protection and is extremely well-tolerated by increasingly sensitive skin.
On the days you feel your skin just needs more, especially in the colder months, then reach for partner product Regenerating Intensive Oil Serum, which enhances the effect of Regenerating Intensive Day Cream. Please read application information below.
EVENING SKIN CARE RITUAL:
Cleansing Balm for light make-up or Soothing Cleansing Milk with medium to heavy make-up. If you don’t use make-up cleanse with your Cleansing Cream. We recommend a double cleanse if you use make-up, once to remove the make-up, dirt and dust your skin picks up during the day and a secondary cleanse to cleanse your skin, use either Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Balm for your second cleanse.

Effective cleansing and a commitment to daily skin care rituals are the first steps towards healthy, radiant and toned skin.
1. We recommend Cleansing Cream, which is not a make-up remover, but it is a deep cleanser which is ideal in the morning, because overnight your skin has been busy as an elimination organ, that’s why you often wake up to a new pimple, and skin also does its regeneration work overnight. Watch the Cleansing Cream application video because you use it a bit differently than what you may be used to.
Cleansing Cream Application: Mix around 1-2cm with water to make a creamy emulsion between the palms of your hands. Then ‘press and roll’ it onto your skin, moving from centre to outwards, in the direction of your lymph and repeat 2-3 times. This technique creates a suction type effect and almond meal is adept at binding to sebum and impurities.
2. Our Facial Toner is used by closing your eyes and misting directly onto your skin, like a refreshing mist of morning dew with a comforting herbal aroma. It contains witch hazel and anthyllis.
3. Use very sparingly a small amount of Regenerating Intensive Eye Serum on one ring finger, warm between both ring fingers and apply to eye contour, from inner to outer.
4. Place around a pea size of Regenerating Intensive Day Cream into the palm of your hand, warm it between both palms and then apply to your skin which is still moist from Facial Toner.
5. On the days your skin needs more place 2-4 drops Regenerating Intensive Oil Serum in the palm of your hand and mix with Regenerating Intensive Day Cream in the palms of your hands prior to application. If your skin needs even more protection, then apply the 2-4 drops of Regenerating Intensive Oil Serum over your Regenerating Intensive Day Cream.
TIPS:
If you find your skin needs a little more protection in the colder months, that’s definitely when you should apply the 2-4 drops Regenerating Intensive Oil Serum over the top of your Regenerating Intensive Day Cream.
If you get an occasional pimple then Coverstick is your must-have pimple product. Apply as soon as you see a pimple and reapply regularly. Pimples are not uncommon during menopause.
We highly recommend you mix a little Translucent Bronzing Tint with Regenerating Intensive Day Cream. This helps to add warmth and a look of vitality to a pale skin.
If you use makeup, use a clean beauty Foundation.
Extra Care: We highly recommend once a week a Clarifying Steam Bath in your hand hot basin water with Organic Cotton Compress Cloth to soften pores, followed by Clarifying Clay Mask to further deep cleanse, remove impurities and provide gentle exfoliation. Once dry the Clay Mask is removed efficiently by re-moistening and wiping away with Cleansing Sponge. Ideally follow-up with Hydrating Cream Mask to really give your skin a nourishing boost if your skin is dry or dehydrated. Alternatively you may wish to try Firming Mask or our top selling Revitalising Mask, which benefits all skin conditions may also be used.
