Soothing Cleansing Milk
A gentle and effective natural cleanser to effortlessly remove makeup and cleanse your skin.
Soothing Cleansing Milk gently and effectively removes the dirt, dust and pollution your skin picks up during the day, and it’s a very effective makeup remover. It also removes eye makeup. Ideal for sensitive skin with such a gentle formulation. Soothing Cleansing Milk is generally recommended as an evening cleanser, however, it may be used mornings and evenings if you wish. See TIPS.
Formulation: Anthyllis, jojoba and almond oil maintain the skin’s natural protective function. A nutrient-rich extract of fermented grains, which support your skin’s microbiome, and bentonite clay effectively cleanse and calm your skin, and reduce the appearance of redness.
For: all skin types

Moisten face with warm water, apply 1-2 pumps evenly. Remove with Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Sponge or a warm, moist cloth. Repeat if you wish to do a secondary cleanse with Soothing Cleansing Milk.
Some customers prefer to do their secondary cleanse with Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Balm - personal preference.
For a deeper cleanse we recommend hydrating and compressing your skin prior to cleansing with our Organic Cotton Compress Cloth. This technique softens your pores for a deeper cleanse and also you will use your cleansers more economically. Use a little Dr. Hauschka Bath Essence in your basin water too for the aromatic benefits for both your skin and your senses.

We generally recommend Soothing Cleansing Milk as your evening cleanser and make-up remover and Cleansing Cream as your morning deep cleanser after the night time regeneration and elimination activity of your skin. Personal preference whether you wish your second cleanse to be with Soothing Cleansing Milk, or Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Balm.
As you come close to finishing your bottle of Soothing Cleansing Milk you may find the product in the bottom of your bottle is too thick to pump. It just means it’s become too concentrated. Add a little Toner or cooled boiled water to dilute it and give it a really good shake to mix, enough to pump again. Alternatively, throughout your bottle’s use give it a thorough shake every now and then.
For super sensitive skin, Soothing Cleansing Milk may be used as a daily cleanser in the mornings and evenings.
