Dr. Hauschka care concept is to have skin skin care rituals: cleanse, tone, moisturise, protect, balance and beautify in the morning. In the evening: cleanse, tone, revitalise with oil-free serum, to wake up to refreshed skin. This concept considers the skin’s different natural day and night rhythms.
Although oil-free night care may seem unusual, however, as we come to rest, a period of regeneration and elimination activity for your skin begins. Your skin should be able to ‘breathe’ freely during this night time activity. Oil based night creams impede these processes, it also means a dry skin becomes reliant on heavy night creams instead of producing its own oil.
During the day time is when your skin needs moisturising, firming and protection from environmental influences, with ingredients that guide your skin to a balanced state.
